🌞 Your Light Is Being Summoned

I invite you to pause…take a deep breath into your heart…and receive this powerful poem by Chelan Harkin as a transmission for this very moment:
“It’s when the earth shakes
And foundations crumble
That our light is called
To rise up.
It’s when everything falls away
And shakes us to the core
And awakens all
Of our hidden ghosts
That we dig deeper to find
Once inaccessible strength.
It’s in times when division is fierce
That we must reach for each other
And hold each other much
Much tighter.
Do not fall away now.
This is the time to rise.
Your light is being summoned.
Your integrity is being tested.
That it may stand more tall.
When everything collapses
We must find within us
That which is indomitable.
Rise, and find the strength in your heart.
Rise, and find the strength in each other.
Burn through your devastation,
Make it your fuel.
Bring forth your light.
Now is not the time
To be afraid of the dark.”

Can you feel it?
The energies are intense right now—not in some abstract spiritual way, but viscerally. In our bodies. Our relationships. Our sleep. Our dreams. Our digestion. Our minds. Our emotions.
Lately, we've seen a dramatic increase in solar flares, coronal mass ejections (CMEs), geomagnetic storms, volcanic eruptions—and alongside them, rising violence, injustice, and economic disruption. These aren’t just outer events—they’re stirring both the Earth and our inner landscape, calling us to clear what’s heavy and rise into what’s true.
🧬 So, how do we care for ourselves now?
Let’s begin with this truth:
This is not a time to shrink. It is a time to prepare our vessels to hold more light.
Here are the ways I’m tending to my own body and spirit—and what I lovingly recommend to you:
🌿 Detox gently and consciously.
Heavy metals, processed foods, and synthetic chemicals weigh down our bodies and create resistance to incoming light. Even if you’ve done cleanses in the past, a gentle reset can make a world of difference now. Hydrate with intention. Add greens, clean proteins, and whole foods. If it feels aligned, research safe heavy metal detox support—think cilantro, spirulina, chlorella, or zeolite.
💧 Hydrate with love.
Water carries light. Bless it. Charge it. Drink plenty. Consider adding natural electrolytes (a pinch of sea salt, a squeeze of lemon) to keep your cells responsive and vibrant.
🕯️ Create sanctuary spaces.
Have a place in your home where you can return to stillness, breathe deeply, and ground. Light a candle. Sit on the earth. Let your nervous system unwind. This is your “base camp” for integration.
🌬️ Move the energy.
Whether it’s a walk, PranaShakti dance, yoga, or even stretching in bed, movement clears stagnation. It helps your body circulate light and burn off what’s being released. You do not need intensity. You need intentionality.
🛌 Rest like it’s sacred.
Your body is integrating more than you know—especially during sleep. Honor your fatigue. Nap when you need to. Let go of the guilt. Rest is a holy preparation.
🔥 Feel it to free it.
Emotions may surge—seemingly out of nowhere. Old wounds might surface. This isn’t a regression. It’s a release. Let yourself cry, laugh, scream, dance, journal, and breathe. Energy in motion = e-motion. Your body is wise. Listen to her.
🌈 Practice joy like a prayer.
Laughter. Music. Creativity. Nature. These aren’t luxuries—they are your vibrational vitamins. Don’t just prepare through discipline. Prepare through delight.
🤍 Forgive and release.
The light will amplify whatever is inside us. Unforgiveness becomes a heavy burden. Forgiveness becomes freedom. Each act of letting go now lightens your load for the road ahead.
🌞 Connect to Source daily.
A moment in the morning with hand on heart and a deep breath from the sun into your cells is enough to shift your day. You don’t need elaborate rituals. You need intention and sincerity. You are already connected. Just remember.
You are not behind. You are not broken. You are being asked to rise.
Yesterday in the Sisterhood, I guided a breathwork journey to help us embody this truth—to anchor into the calm beneath the chaos, and to remember that we are the ones we’ve been preparing for. You are a lighthouse. A stabilizer. A pillar of peace. When others are afraid, you will know how to breathe, to hold, to steady. That’s why you’ve been doing the work.
Let’s keep walking this path together.
If you’re longing for support and sisterhood through this transition, you are so welcome in our Shakti Sisterhood. We gather each Monday in presence, in truth, and in love. Join us here if your heart feels the call.
With love,
Deb
