During your five days at RESTORE, you’ll be supported by a nourishing meal plan rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom—designed to calm the nervous system, reset digestion, and restore your natural vitality.

These warm, simple, deeply nourishing meals will give your body a much-needed break from overstimulation, sugar, and processed foods—without restriction or deprivation.

Guatemala Sacred Women's Retreat

Join Dr. Deb Kern for a sacred pilgrimage to a magical, Mayan retreat center on Lake Atitlán in Guatemala where you’ll be soothed by the tranquility of the water, held by the strength of the volcano, enticed by the sweetness of the flowers, and awakened by the wildness of the jungle.

Lake Atitlan, the deepest lake in Central America, is often called the belly button of the Earth.  It is here, held by the energies of the Divine Feminine, that you’ll journey back to your true essence through dance, yoga, meditation, journaling, quiet time, nourishing food, sacred ceremony and supportive sisterhood.

Kenya

February 26 - March 6, 2026

Nairobi & Lewa Downs, Kenya

This Kenya adventure requires 11-12 days including travel. You’ll depart the your home country and head to Nairobi, Kenya where you’ll spend your first 2 nights, complete with a visit to the giraffe education center, Karen Blixen museum, artists co-op and more, before heading to our private retreat property in the Lewa Downs Conservancy for the heart of the retreat. There, we’ll be family and experience 7 days / 6 nights at one of Kenya’s most private wildlife and environmental conservation projects.
