I love that every New Moon is a chance to plant new seeds... new intentions. An invitation to become new, again and again.

Every time we choose love over fear...Gratitude over discouragement...Presence over rushing...

...we nourish the seeds we've planted and become more fully ourselves.

While reflecting on my own intentions for this new moon, I sat down and wrote lyrics for a new song called Becoming Someone New.

I'm in a season of becoming, too.

This month I'm preparing for two months in Peru. I'll arrive six weeks early to sit with the Quechua Paqos (the shamans of the Andes) to learn, to soften, to let my mind and heart expand before I lead my sold-out retreat. And through all of it, I'll still be teaching PranaShakti live every Friday morning, bringing whatever I've received straight back to you. I can already feel the journey shaping me. Every conversation, every practice, every decision feels like part of a deeper preparation — not just for travel, but for the woman I'm becoming...

I can't wait to take you along with me.
