Is it just me?

Happy Full Moon!

I want to share something with you, in case you've also been wondering if it's just you.

Last Saturday I woke up feeling like someone had poured concrete over my body.

I was plastered to my bed. Every muscle ached. I had chills. Bone tired, the kind of tired that makes getting out of bed feel like climbing a mountain.

I had plans that day. Things to prepare. A list. I kept telling myself I would get up in a few minutes, and then another hour would pass, and I would tell myself the same thing again.

The strange part?

Nothing was measurably wrong.

My Oura Ring kept flagging stress. My heart rate variability had dropped. And my conscious mind kept insisting everything was fine.

So I did what so many of us do. I ran down the mental list of everything that could possibly be concerning me. But every single thing came back clear.

So why did I feel this way?

This went on for five days. Truthfully, I am still moving through it.

Then I read about today’s Aquarius Full Moon and the energies gathered around it, and I found myself exhaling.

Oh. It's not just me.

Today’s Full Moon is described as a time of amplification. Whatever has been quietly waiting to be seen rises to the surface now. Sometimes that arrives as excitement. Sometimes clarity. Sometimes conflict. Sometimes tears. Sometimes an exhaustion that asks us to stop pushing through and simply listen.

When I think of it that way, I can see that the dream I have held for decades of going to the Sacred Valley of Peru is about to come true. So maybe that's why I'm feeling so wonky.

How about you?

Has something been getting unearthed in you this week? An old fear, a habit, a grief, a dream, a possibility you haven't said out loud yet?

Here's what I trust after all these decades of studying energy and the body.

Whatever is rising in you is rising because it is finally ready to move.

This is one of the reasons I love PranaShakti so much. Our bodies know what needs to be released even when the mind can't find language for it. We breathe, we move, we let ourselves actually feel, and energy that has been frozen begins to flow again.

So this week, let's move what's ready to move.

PranaShakti Dance: Move What's Ready to Move

Friday, July 31st 9:00 AM CDT Live Online (Replay included!)

I can't wait to move with you. Concrete and all.

With love,

Deb

P.S. I uploaded another 5-minute PranaShakti video on YouTube! This one uses Karen Drucker's song "I'm So Grateful". It's guaranteed to raise your vibration!!
