I'm finally doing it...

There's a particular flavor of fear that lives in the throat. You know the one. It shows up right before you let yourself be seen, and it whispers wait. Wait until the weight comes off. Wait until things settle. Wait until you feel ready.

I've been living with that fear for a long time.

For years I've wanted to create a PranaShakti YouTube channel. And for years I found reasons not to. I worried about what people would think. I wondered if anyone would watch.I kept finding one more thing to fix first.

Then one morning it landed in my body with total clarity.

How can I ask the women I teach to move through their fear if I'm unwilling to move through my own?

So here I am. Choosing courage. Stepping out onto the path even though I can't see past the first bend.

And I'm making a commitment. Every week I'll release a new five-minute PranaShakti practice on YouTube with music tuned to 432 hz. Each one is designed to move the energy that gets trapped in the body: the fear and anger and anxiety, the grief and overwhelm, the numbness. And to bring you home to joy, to vitality, to peace, to your own true nature.

Think of these short videos as little energy resets. Five minutes you can return to whenever life feels heavy.

This week I'm sharing the first two.

Feeling Stuck? Five minutes to break paralysis by analysis and get your energy moving again. Click here to watch:

Manifest in Motion. A five-minute movement meditation inspired by the teachings of Kate Northrup, Emily Fletcher, Pam Gregory, and Dr. Joe Dispenza, expressed through my own original music and PranaShakti® Dance. Click here to watch:

And now the tender part. I could use your help.

If this work has ever touched your life, your support as I begin this chapter would mean the world to me. Subscribing, liking, leaving even a single sentence in the comments, sending one video to a woman who's carrying something heavy right now. Those small acts tell YouTube these practices are worth sharing, which helps them reach the women who need them and don't yet know we're here.

Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for moving with me. Thank you for reminding me that courage grows one small, brave step at a time.

With love,

Deb

P.S. Which emotion would you like me to create a five-minute practice for next? Hit reply and tell me. Your idea may become one of the next videos.
