Dear Sister,
Whooweee! There’s a lot of energy swirling around! Between the intense heat in many places, the upcoming Super Full Blue Moon, solar flares, and a quickly shifting world….I imagine you are feeling the big energies like I am!
As I sit down to share my thoughts today, I’m feeling a mix of excitement, humility, and a touch of vulnerability because, especially in these times of ‘big energies,’ I really want you to know about the healing available to you at my retreats. But I get frustrated trying to convey the healing magic and profound transformation that happens in these retreats. It’s like trying to cup a butterfly in my hands—simultaneously awe-inspiring and elusive.
So… since I doubt that my words can accurately express "what happens at one of my retreats” I've whipped up a 2-minute video using photos from the very retreat center where we'll be gathering in September.
In the brief moments captured in this video, you'll catch a glimpse of the serene surroundings that cradle our journey and snapshots of women embracing vulnerability, courageously facing their fears, laughing, hugging, and stepping into their power.
But, of course, a video can only capture so much. It can't reveal the deep restoration of mind, body, and spirit that takes place, or the renewed sense of purpose that sparks a wildfire in your soul…or how, after returning home from the retreat, relationships are rekindled, healed, and reignited to burn brighter than ever before…. or the way strangers become sisters, bound by a sacred bond that lasts long after the retreat.

Let’s prepare for the Pisces Super Blue Moon that’ll happen in a few days. It’ll be the second Full Super Moon in August… and having two Full Super Moons in the same month indicates a strong pull to release, detox, let go, and walk away from all that is no longer resonant with our being.
