If gratitude feels out of reach, try this 💛

As promised, I’m sending you an uplifting song each month… something you can return to when you need a shift, a lift, or a little light in your day.

This is April’s song.

I’ll be honest—there are days when I know gratitude would change everything… but I just can’t quite feel it. Maybe you’ve been there too. I’ve studied the science, I know the HeartMath research, and I’ve experienced real miracles in my own life when I’m able to drop into gratitude. It softens me, opens me, and can completely turn a hard day around.

And still… sometimes I need a little help getting there.

So I created this.

I wrote this song as a way to enter gratitude through the body instead of trying to think my way into it. I’ve been dancing around my house to it, letting the rhythm move me, letting the words wash over me—and it works wonders in under five minutes. Something shifts. My breath deepens. My heart opens. I remember.

I want you to have that experience too.

At the link below, you can download the song and also find the lyrics in a Google Doc—it’s all in the same place, so you can listen, move, and sing along if you’d like. Download April’s song + lyrics HERE

Don’t overthink it. Just press play… and let your body lead you into gratitude.Even on the days when it feels far away. Especially then

With love,

Deb

P.S. This is the week! Kate Northrup is offering her free workshop Good With Money, and it’s so powerful. She introduces something she calls the Hidden Money Ecosystem—the internal and structural environment that determines how money flows, grows, and supports your life.

Because if there’s one thing I’ve learned about money, it’s this:

The goal isn’t just having more of it…

It’s building a life where money supports you.
