An end-of-year gift for you 💝

I have an end-of-year gift for you.
I wrote a song called “All Things Made New,” and I’d love for you to have it. I know from experience that dancing or breathing with a consciously written song can be deeply healing — especially during moments of transition like this one.
You can download it here as my gift to you:
If you have a few more minutes, I’d love to share what’s on my heart.
Every Monday morning when I open the Zoom room for the House of Shakti, I ask, “How are you feeling today?” And lately, at least a third of the women describe something very similar.
One woman said, “I feel like my brain is practically melting and becoming new.”
Others say they’re so tired they can barely move.
Not sick. Not depressed. Just deeply slowed down.
What I hear in all of this is recalibration — the system reorganizing itself after a long season of holding. Things feel unfamiliar because something old is completing, and something new hasn’t fully come online yet.
As I’ve been witnessing this in the Sisterhood, I’ve realized it mirrors my own life right now.
January will be a very unusual month for me. I’ll be taking the entire month for major dental work — removing toxic metals that were put in my mouth more than 25 years ago and finally restoring things properly. I’ll share more about that in January, but for now I’ll simply say this: it feels deeply symbolic.
To discover and remove old toxicity in the final month of the Year of the Snake feels like a last shedding. And at the same time, it requires me to slow way down and turn inward.
Which feels exactly right.
This really is the pause between years. A time to continue honoring and releasing 2025, while gently celebrating life as we step into unknown territory — with as much light and love as we can carry.
Nothing needs to be solved right now.
This is about letting the system settle… and trusting what’s reorganizing itself from within.
