Have you ever noticed how quickly a walk can change your state?


It’s one of the things that helps me the most.


When I feel overwhelmed…

when emotions start rising…

or when my mind is spinning…


I go for a walk.


Within the first few minutes, something shifts.


And when I add music to my walk, the shift happens even faster.


So lately I’ve been experimenting with something…


Creating pieces of music medicine designed specifically for walking.


Music with positive affirmations and a rhythm that helps your nervous system regulate, and your energy come back into balance.


I thought it would be fun to share one of these songs with you each month. This month’s song is called “Walk in Power.” It’s set to 120 beats per minute, which naturally helps steady your breath and bring scattered energy back into coherence.


Just put on your headphones, step outside, and take a 5-minute walk.
