Right now, we are living through one of the most profound transitions in human history.
Many of the systems that shaped our world — systems rooted in domination, control, and separation — are beginning to crumble. While that can feel unsettling at times, it is also an extraordinary moment of possibility.
Because when the old begins to fall away, something new is asking to be imagined… and born.
And the future that emerges will not simply be decided by governments or institutions.
It will be shaped by the vision we carry in our hearts and the energy we embody in our bodies.
This is the inspiration behind our upcoming PranaShakti Mini-Retreat: REBIRTH.
A PranaShakti Mini-Retreat for the New Earth
This gathering is devoted to rebirthing our collective vision for a New Earth.
The future is not created by staying caught in the wounds of the past.
It’s created when we receive the support we need, liberate the energy held in our bodies, and transform it into the life force that allows us to imagine and build something new.
The morning will begin by liberating wounded energies from our bodies — releasing patterns of fear, control, domination, and contraction through movement, breath, and nervous system regulation.
Once that energy is released, we’ll alchemize it into creative life force — the same energy we can use to imagine and embody the world we want to live in.
During our time together, we will:
Liberate stagnant energy through PranaShakti Dance
Experience a powerful SOMA Breath Journey
Release what we are ready to let go of in a burning bowl ceremony
Create a collective vision board for the New Earth
Ground ourselves in calm strength and nervous system coherence
This is not about escaping the world.
It is about becoming the women who help create the next one.
When our bodies, breath, and imagination come into alignment, we become powerful forces for healing and transformation.
