Lately I've been noticing how easy it is to drift from the very things that support us… not in a dramatic way, just slowly. A morning practice that used to feel nourishing starts to feel rushed… an evening ritual gets replaced by distraction or fatigue… and before we know it, we're a little further away from ourselves than we realized.
And then something in us begs… "come back."
