A Note of Encouragement: You’re closer than you think

Lately, I've been supporting powerful, inspiring women who are feeling an unexpected heaviness — like old habits are pulling them back just when they thought they'd moved beyond them.

You may not relate to this — but just in case you do,I wanted to share what I've been telling them… and reminding myself, too.

If you’ve been feeling something similar, know this:

It’s not a setback.

It’s a sign that you’re about to upgrade.

Just before we break through, old patterns tighten their grip.

The discomfort you’re feeling?

It’s the final contraction before birth.

You're not regressing.

You're becoming hyper-aware of what you no longer want — and that clarity is gold.

This isn’t about muscling through.

It’s about allowing life to move through you. Remember what we talked about a couple of weeks ago? “Life in me can,” not “I can do it!”

Instead of pushing with effort,

let yourself be pulled forward

by images of a future that inspire you,

by feelings that uplift and expand you.

It’s not about force.

It’s about surrendering to the natural momentum of your soul’s becoming.

You are not breaking down.

You are breaking through.

You are birthing your Sourced Self.

Stay close to what lifts you:

walk barefoot, sing, dance, meditate, breathe, trust, allow.

And when it feels overwhelming, remember Rumi’s words:

“You were born with wings, why prefer to crawl through life?”

The Next-Level You is closer than you think.

Keep going.

Love

Deb

P.S. Keep going. I'm right there with you. ❤️
