Dear Sister,
I'll never forget the perplexed looks I got when I first returned from a month-long yoga teacher training at Satchidananda Ashram in the Fall of 1994. 🍂😲 I'd become so accustomed to wishing people "peace, love and joy" that I didn't realize how "hippy, dippy" it sounded outside of the ashram setting. 🧘♀️🌸💕 And as a newly-minted, published, PhD Health Scientist, my ego was bruised by the skeptical glances from my colleagues - until, that is, I read Dr. David Hawkins research which led to the publishing of his groundbreaking book "Power vs. Force" in that same year. 📖👨🔬📘
My 'hippy, dippy' desire for everyone to feel peace, love and joy was scientifically vindicated! 🙌🔬💚
According to his consciousness research, Dr. Hawkins states that anything below the 200 level of consciousness is a negative, weak, draining “Force” and therefore not life-sustaining. Anything above 200 is positive, energizing, “Power” and life-sustaining. 🧠💭📊
The scale goes from 1 to 1,000. 1️⃣➡️🔟0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣. 1 being very weak and akin to death 💔⚰️ and 1,000 being enlightenment… 🌟✨🌟 The mid-point on his scale is 200, and so anything above 200 on his scale moves from force to true power. ⬆️🔋 Force indicates energy draining and negative use of energy, while power indicates energy building and positive usage of energy output by humans. 💡🌍💪
Force is divisive, polarizes, repels, and is self-serving. ❌🤝 Power attracts, unifies, magnifies, and serves others. 💫✨
You may not know this, but one of the biggest reasons I teach PranaShakti dance, guide retreats, and provide an online Sisterhood is to support all of us in raising our consciousness from force to power! 💃🔝💕🌟
If your soul is craving a "consciousness reset" from force to power, I invite you to join me in a PranaShakti dance class, or the Shakti Sisterhood or my next in-person retreat. These are some of the best ways I know to raise your frequency! 🌈🎶🧘♀️🌺
Wishing you peace, love and joy, 🙏💕🌸
