I had done a lot of “work,” but some of the same patterns kept emerging. I knew Deb’s work with moving energy through the body through movement and her understanding of the cultural overlay at work was really important to me, what it means to be a mature woman and the programming that is all around us. The trust level was high, so I leapt at the chance…and I’m so glad! Within 4 months of the Deep Dive I negotiated a $2000/month raise + more vacation time, I solidified my health routine and I got engaged! The Deep Dive helped me release old patterns that were preventing all those things and also gave me the “Queenly” skills to receive those shifts. It’s one thing to say you love yourself, it’s another to embody the tenderness of self love as a daily lived experience that guides your actions and gives you clarity & power. This experience is about going beyond “self care” (you’ve already got that down). This is about claiming the freedom that comes with embodied sovereignty and overflowing self respect, self knowledge & self trust. With Deb’s support during this first retreat you will also create & commit to a diet plan that works for you to nourish yourself during these 6 months.

3 months into this deep dive you’re going to be in the thick of a massive transformation. During this retreat we’ll rise above all the layers of survival mechanisms that are releasing and breathe deeply into the liberation that you’re catalyzing. We’ll get to work distinguishing your essential self from your defense strategies. You’ll learn Ayurvedic health tools for vitality that will support your Queen self to rise. You’ll tap into your sexual power and discover how to “operate” your turn on in new ways that align with who you are in this stage of life.

JULY 6-13, 2024
In this final gathering we will celebrate all you have shed, all you have unearthed, all you have become. With an actual coronation ceremony, we will mark the journey complete and ground your new awakening and rebirth. This may be the end of our program, but it is the beginning of your whole new chapter.
COACHING
Every month you’ll receive a 1:1 coaching session with Deb, as well as a group coaching session in a small pod of 3. These calls support you to do the in-your-real-life work of making choices that align with who you are becoming.
I was suffering from imposter syndrome and was highly critical and disapproving of myself. I knew there was a soulful person buried under all the societal expectations and I wanted to find her and live life as was intended from the beginning. Now I have a quiet purpose. To be woman of grace dignity and radiance. I know how to hold space -what it truly means - so others can find their path and I can remain on mine. Why did I create this transformational experience?
I’m Dr. Deb Kern. My formal bio includes words like health scientist, yoga teacher, author, keynote speaker, and creator of the PranaShakti movement practice. But what my heart most wants you to know is this:
I know loss. I know the ache of divorce, miscarriage, bankruptcy, and even breast cancer. My life has burned to ash several times. But between a PhD and my 35+ years of apprenticeship with master teachers, shamans, yogis, herbalists and healers, I learned how to rise up like a phoenix. And my mission on this planet is to help you do the same.
I created this experience as a sacred space to share the practices and changes that rewire a woman’s experience of getting older. I'm 'younger' at 61 than I was at 31 and I don’t want to hoard the “how” of it all - I want everyone to know!

I had a lot of uncertainty about who I was and what direction in life I wanted to take. I lacked the confidence to trust my own judgment. I was looking for a guide. Someone (thing) to point me in the direction to serve my greatest good, needs, and desires.
I wanted to “grow” and challenge my comfort zone but did not know where to start.
I went from being afraid to travel on my own and not having the courage to speak to men - to realizing and recognizing the skills I already had but did not appreciate. Using my new confidence and skills in real life, I not only traveled to Texas - but to New Zealand and Australia! Not only did I gain the confidence to speak to men, but I’m now in a fabulous, loving relationship - and have kept my sovereignty in the process!

What happens if I can't make it to a retreat?
Because of the logistics involved with hosting a retreat, we cannot offer any refunds. We encourage you to prioritize being present for yourself and this experience. Thank you for understanding.
Is this just for women?
Yes, due to the nature of the work in this program, it is open to anyone who was born female and identifies as a woman.

I was stuck in the proverbial “birth canal” between the ages of 48 and 51! Even though I’d done endless work to better understand myself why I do what I do, and how I sabotage myself to “live small”, I would frequently find myself falling into old patterns and behaviors and then having to pick it all backup and start again. It was a painful roller coaster. The teachings, experiences, and community that the Deep Dive brought have been life-altering on the deepest level!
